As a Designer at a fast-paced creative agency, I managed end-to-end production, social media calendars, and content scheduling across social, email, video, and podcast channels.

To respect agency and client confidentiality agreement, the following is a representation of my personal processes to illustrate the type of work I executed at the agency. 

Empire State Trail Academy (ESTA)

The ESTA case study is a cross-channel design that acknowledges lawyers use cell phones for social media and desktops for email for best conversion rates. The design uses original artwork, logo, and color palette to represent a professional color palette of deep navy/green neutrals to build trust. Font choices, using Metronic Slab for headlines and Roboto for body copy, ensure both authority and clarity across all screen sizes. This effort ensures the core message, “Credits You Need & Growth You Want,” is consistently presented across all assets. The assets drive users to the call to action, “Join Today,” with clarity and efficiency.
